Milk kefir smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Milk Kefir
  • Handful blueberries, raspberries and spinach
  • 2 tsps of Kale powder (fresh is better)
  • 2 tsps blackberry powder
  • 2 tsps barley grass powder
  • Any other fruit you may like – eg overripe banana – this may sound horrid but is very nice.

Instructions:

  1. Strain Kefir
  2. Mix everything together in a blender
  3. Add 1 frozen lemon to this mix 4 times a week – skin and all
