- ¾ cup oats
- 1 ½ cups coconut/almond/any other dairy-free milk
- Cinnamon
- Fruit toppings to taste
- Raw honey to taste (very optional)
- Mix the oats and the dairy-free milk in a small pot and bring to the boil.
- Let the oats simmer for a further 3-5 minutes.
- Pour into a breakfast bowl and top with fruits of your choice and cinnamon.
- If it’s starts to thicken then just add a splash of dairy-free milk or water and give it a stir.
